1. Foaming: inspect hardnss and size of EVA blocks
2. Slicing the blocks to 3mm thickness or other required thickness: inspect thickness and size
3. brushing the surface: inspect the appearance to make sure the surface is brushed well and without air holes.
4. Laminating: inspect the lamination of two layers
5. Trimming the edges: having a final inspection of the finished products, remove the bad trimmed sheets and dirty sheets to make sure the products are 100% perfect!
